Dr. Nele Karajlić promoted the first independent album "Pijani brod" (Drunk boat) and presented four new music videos
Rock musician, actor and writer Dr. Nele Karajlić held a big promotion of his first independent studio album "Pijani brod" last night at the Mozzart Foundation in Belgrade. The event was officially opened by music manager Radomir Raka Marić, and the promotion began with an exclusive cinematographic block in which four new music videos were premiered: "Kriva Drina", directed and written by Srđan Janković GG, then "Ibar" and "Sipaj ne pitaj", directed by Vuk Protić, screenplay by Srđan Janković GG, and camera by Dragan Gajanović, as well as "Angels", written by Srđan Janković GG (director and script) and Dragan Gajanović (director of photography). A special attraction was the innovative use of artificial intelligence in Vuk Protić's videos, for which Nele humorously commented that "this is the first time that artificial intelligence was used intelligently."

After the premiere of the music videos, the concert part of the evening followed, in which Dr. Nele Karajlić and his accompanying band performed live several songs from the new release - "Ja I Sale u tale", "Ti to ne razumeš", "Kriva Drina" and "Anđeli", conveying to the audience a recognizable, explosive energy.

Addressing the audience in his distinctive style, Nele pointed out that he is connected to the beginnings of rock music more than 40 years ago, but also to this new project - the neighborhood:
"Last night, when we were doing a sound rehearsal, our neighbor who lives here came to complain about the loud noise. That's how I started way back in 1977, when the neighbor would come and shout: 'Silence!'. This means that we are on the right path and that we are still successfully making noise. Songs are best viewed as children who at some point leave their creator, run away from their father and mother, and become part of the people. I was lucky enough to that my songs survive. They happen to be older than mobile phones and the European Union, but I can't give you a guarantee that they will last half a century no matter how you turn it, it all boils down to the fact that this is an album that has 13 songs, each one better than the best, and I hope it will survive in the people".

The new, and also the first solo studio album "Pijani brod" was released in cooperation with the publishing houses Take It Or Leave It, City Records and Music Star.
