Ivo Dimchev turns an accidental photo shoot into the video for his new single "Just Friends"

Bulgarian artist Ivo Dimchev once again blurs the boundaries between music, performance and visual art. His latest single, "Just Friends", featuring singer NETI, arrives with a music video created in a most unexpected way—by capturing spontaneous moments during a photo shoot for the May 2026 cover of EVA magazine.

Rather than staging a conventional production, the video embraces the authenticity of the photo session, transforming behind-the-scenes footage into an intimate and visually captivating film. The natural chemistry between Dimchev and NETI gives the video a sense of effortless elegance, making viewers feel as though they are witnessing an unscripted artistic encounter.

Written and composed by Ivo Dimchev, who also handled the arrangement, the track features mixing and mastering by Borislav Bojadjiev. The recording is enriched by Alexander Georgiev on guitar, Boil Karaneichev on bass, Adrian Nikolov on drums and Martin Boudurov on trumpet, whose subtle performance adds warmth and depth to the song's refined sound.

The video was filmed by Adriana Yankulova and Plamen Gavrilov, with editing by Yankulova. The visual styling was shaped by makeup artist Diana Koleva, costume designer Silvia Markova, hairstylist Albena Petkova, and wigs created by Georgi Petkov together with Ivo Dimchev. The entire project was filmed at Zokis Studio.
