Mile Mijač i Krivo Društvo take us behind the scenes of rock and roll in the new music video "Dnevnik RNR"

Miles, concerts, sleepless nights, friendships, and everything the audience doesn't see when the stage lights go down—Mile Mijač i Krivo Društvo turned life on tour into the song "Dnevnik RNR", the third single from the album „Divlje, s ljubavlju…“, which was released on October 21st.

A band's life isn't just about concerts. There are also endless van rides, sound checks, waiting around, fatigue, laughter, unexpected situations, and people who become friends along the way. That is precisely what "Dnevnik RNR" is about—a sort of rock and roll travelogue that, without embellishment or posing, reveals what happens between two performances.

To give this story extra authenticity, Mile Mijač i Krivo Društvo were joined by John from the band M.O.R.T. and Petar Stolnik from the band Djigibaoo, musicians who know very well what life on the road looks like. With their verses, they brought the experience of numerous concerts and tours into the song, and the recording process itself turned into reminiscing about shared adventures and moments that are retold for years.

The band jokingly describes "Dnevnik RNR" as their "1812 Overture" to the new album, hinting at the energy and musical direction of the release „Divlje, s ljubavlju…“.

The video was conceived as a direct look into the band's everyday life, without a pre-conceived script or an idealized image of life on tour. Filming and editing are signed by Fani Cvitanović, while Ljubo Pudar is responsible for the aerial shots. The song was recorded in Sinj's High Studio, and the mix and mastering were done by Leonard Klaić.

Mile Mijač is known to the public as the drummer of the band M.O.R.T., with whom he has performed over 500 concerts over the years. Parallel to his work in the band, he also developed his own authorial expression, which he presented in late 2024 with the album „Moramo pričati“. The release soon found its place on numerous lists of the best Croatian albums of that year.

With Krivo Društvo, which alongside him consists of Klara Pehar, Patrik Zelenika, Luka Siničić, and Antonio Strižić, he continues to explore a sound where punk, rock, blues, and country intertwine, with lyrics inspired by personal experiences and life unfolding far away from the spotlight.

The new, second studio album „Divlje, s ljubavlju…“ arrives on October 21st, and shortly after the release, the band embarks on a concert promotion.

The first performance is scheduled for November 7th at Zagreb's Hard Place, followed by Sinj (Rodilište Kulture, November 20th), Knin (club A3, December 4th), and Split (club Kocka, December 5th).

Because, no matter how many songs are created on the road, their true place is still in front of the audience.
