25 years after the rock cover of the cult song "Zagrebačkim ulicema", the Zagreb band Corto returns to another Zagreb evergreen.
"Zagreb is the most beautiful city" is a new rock cover of the timeless song by Drago Diklić, released symbolically on May 31, on Zagreb City Day. This version represents a continuation of the musical story that Corto began a quarter of a century ago - as a tribute to the city, its streets, people and memories that have marked generations of Zagreb residents.
Drago Diklić himself appears in the song and video, discreetly and symbolically, almost Hitchcockian, connecting the original version with a new rock outfit.
"This is our musical greeting to Zagreb - the city we love, live in and which, among other things, shaped us musically," said the members of the band Corto.
