Slovenian soul and funk outfit Batista Cadillac have unveiled their new single “Nehal Sem Iskat”, accompanied by an official music video that highlights the band's distinctive visual and musical identity.
The song was written by Urban Lutman, Matija Koritnik, Anže Kacafura, Jure Lesar, Primož Hudoklin and Tomaž Marič. Production was handled by Anže Kacafura (Cazzafura), while mastering was completed by Simon Penšek. The release arrives via SonicTribe.
The recording features Urban Lutman on lead vocals, with Matija Koritnik and Primož Hudoklin on guitars, Jakob Zlatinšek on keyboards, Sebastjan Podlesnik and Matija Koritnik on bass, Matjaž Skaza on drums and Matija Koritnik on percussion.

The accompanying music video was directed by Jan Filip Jordan Frangeš, with Marko Klemen Sovree serving as artistic director. The visual production continues Batista Cadillac’s tradition of pairing their soulful sound with carefully crafted imagery.
Over the past few years, Batista Cadillac have established themselves as one of Slovenia’s most exciting contemporary bands, blending soul, funk, pop and groove-driven songwriting. With “Nehal Sem Iskat”, the group once again showcases its knack for infectious melodies and refined musicianship.
This is also an opportunity to announce a concert by this unique group: September 17th, Križanke, Slovenia, and the date of the concert was not chosen by chance, Urban Lutman celebrates his birthday on that very day.
