Semitone, a musician, producer, and artist best known to audiences as the DJ for the group Krankšvester, is releasing his new single, "Pokaži mi put" (Show Me the Way), a collaboration with Hrvoje (Zembo Latifa), while simultaneously launching his debut album, aptly titled *nigdje, ovdje* (Nowhere, Here).

The journey to creating this song, however, was far from smooth. "Pokaži mi put" presented the greatest challenge in terms of finding the right vocal collaborator. This is precisely why many other tracks on the album were written from a female perspective; Semitone struggled to find a strong, modern male vocal that didn't feel like a compromise.
Salvation came in the form of a collaboration with Zembo: "In the end, I reached out to Hrvoje, whom I knew from before, and he agreed to collaborate. Although I had originally written the lyrics myself, I was willing to hand that part over to him, believing that if he connected with the words he was singing, the performance would be better. And I was right." The result was so impressive that the track was chosen as the lead single.

The album title, *nigdje, ovdje* (Nowhere, Here), speaks directly to his deep dedication to music and his intense creative process. For the past two and a half years, Semitone has spent every spare moment in the studio, writing lyrics, arranging tracks, and tackling various audio production challenges.
"I could not have invested so much time and energy into this album without the tremendous support of my family, for which I am immensely grateful," concludes Semitone, presenting the audience with a musical story that perfectly blends his extensive club experience with a brand-new level of artistic maturity.
