Fifteen years after it all began, JeboTon returns to the venue where the first joint JeboTon party took place: Zagreb’s Boogaloo.
This time, the anniversary is too big to fit into a single evening; the celebration will span two full days—December 11 and 12—featuring 14 acts across two stages. The first confirmed names are JeboTon Ansambl, IDEM, Pokle, Tandara, and Mitsko Biće; the rest of the lineup is coming soon, and early-bird festival tickets for both days are available for €25.
JeboTon was formed in 2011 as a collective of bands united by friendship, mutual support, and a DIY ethos, holding its first joint free party at Boogaloo on July 14 of that same year. Over the past fifteen years, this story has spawned bands, albums, tours, street performances, festivals, and numerous collaborations—but above all, it created a large musical family that has remained true to a simple idea: things can be done together, on one's own terms, and without unnecessary complications.
After a series of JeboTon parties across Zagreb, Croatia, and the region, the time has come for the main anniversary celebration. When celebrating 15 years, it is no longer enough to simply take one stage and hope everyone fits. That is why Boogaloo will host seven acts per day across two stages, and the first five names already give a clear indication of the party's direction.
JeboTon Ansambl is, for all intents and purposes, the walking, playing, and occasionally very loud DNA of the entire collective. This acoustic supergroup with a rotating lineup originated during the very first JeboTon festival, when band members took to the streets to promote their own songs; over the years, street performances, Adriatic tours, and spontaneous gatherings have turned them into one of the most recognizable symbols of the entire collective.
IDEM, the solo project of Antun Aleksa, has gone from small club stages to becoming one of the most prominent names on the new local music scene in just a few years, boasting two albums, sold-out concerts, and a series of industry awards. The scale of this success was best demonstrated by his massive headline show at Zagreb’s Šalata venue on September 12th of this year; following that, IDEM returns to the JeboTon fold in December—back to an environment that is a bit more cramped, sweaty, and close-knit with the crowd.
Pokle is the moniker of Rijeka-based singer-songwriter and producer Luka Poklepović, whose music effortlessly shifts between energetic pop-punk and modern rock. He works just as well with a full band—complete with riffs and guitar solos—as he does in a more intimate acoustic setting, making him a natural fit for a festival that has never really cared much for neat genre categorizations.
Tandara is a solo project that launched its own original musical journey in 2023 with the single "Valovi," following years of performing and collaborating with other musicians. His live shows feature a collision of punk energy, electronic elements, powerful beats, and introspective lyrics—creating a sound that invites the audience to dance, sing along, and headbang, ideally all at the same time.
Mitsko Biće is a Belgrade-based indie band that has won the hearts of Croatian audiences with its warm "bedroom" sound. In the spring of 2025, they released their debut album, *Došlo vreme da se Biće menja* ("The Time Has Come for the Creature to Change"), featuring nine songs that tell emotional stories about fear, tenderness, love, and the need to be seen. After performing two concerts in Zagreb organized by KSET, they will join their friends from JeboTon to celebrate a major anniversary of music, love, and friendship.
Dostava zvuka ("Sound Delivery") is in charge of organizing JeboTon’s 15th-birthday bash, so it is safe to say that on December 11 and 12 at Boogaloo, they will finally deliver exactly what the package promises. And with two stages, seven performers each, and two days of festivities, this is definitely not the kind of delivery where someone rings the bell, leaves the package at the door, and runs away.
