Regional pop star, Iva Lorens, released a new single called "Vreme trošiš mi" for Kontra Rights publishing house. It is the lead track from her forthcoming, second studio album, which also marks the beginning of a more mature and confident phase in her career.
The song combines contemporary pop with afro-pop rhythms, warm electronic textures and the intimate singer-songwriter expression that Iva is known for. Through an infectious beat and atmospheric production, the single explores the uncertainty, attraction and emotional games of modern relationships, while maintaining the emotional honesty that has become Iva's trademark.
"'Vreme trošiš mi' is about that phase when you are not sure if the relationship is getting more serious or if it is just a waste of time. I wanted that emotion to sound light and unburdened, this is a song for the sun outside and a syringe in hand," said Iva Lorens regarding the new single.

The visual identity of the song is further rounded off by the music video shot on the island of Hvar. The Mediterranean atmosphere and summer aesthetic perfectly accompany the mood of the track, emphasizing its specific, cinematic character. Marija Radisavljević and Gavrilo Nenadović (video) are responsible for the screen adaptation of this story and the visual aesthetics, Stefan Rokvić took care of editing, while costume designer Ana Petrović designed striking fashion combinations.
The single "Vreme trošiš mi" provides the first insight into the sound world of the new album that Iva is currently finishing in collaboration with well-known producers Mix, Priki and Filip Majdak.
The release of the album is planned for the end of 2026, and it was announced as Iva's most "pop" project so far. The audience can expect a collection of songs that combine top contemporary production with the recognizable emotional signature of the young artist, as well as several interesting musical collaborations that will be revealed in the coming months.
