Charli xcx gathers Scorsese, Marc Jacobs and John Cale on the cover of the new "Music, Fashion, Film" album

 

"Music, Fashion, Film," Charli xcx's new album, is out Friday, July 24, on Atlantic/Warner Music (Mascom). The album will also feature the previously released singles "SS26" and "Rock Music".

The special attention of the world's media and fans was attracted by the cover of the album, which features three legendary figures who represent the fields from the very title of the release - music, fashion and film. In the photo by Aidan Zamiri, the author who also directed the music video for the song "Rock Music", John Cale from The Velvet Underground, fashion designer Marc Jacobs and famous film director Martin Scorsese appear.

Charli xcx is one of the most influential artists of her generation. Through the change of scenes from the runway and from backstage, Charli xcx further emphasizes the connection between music, fashion and contemporary visual culture, which is at the very center of the "Music, Fashion, Film" project.
