Lady Gaga and Doechii release "Runway", a song from the movie "The Devil Wears Prada 2

Lady Gaga, a 16-time GRAMMY and Emmy Award winner, and two-time GRAMMY winner Doechii have released their collaboration “Runway”, a song recorded for the upcoming film “The Devil Wears Prada 2”. The collaboration was announced last week when the track was featured in the film’s final trailer. Designed for the dancefloor, “Runway” arrives ahead of the highly anticipated sequel, which hits local cinemas on April 30.

The song performed by Lady Gaga and Doechii is written by a team of music heavyweights: Bruno Mars, Jaylah Hickmon, Lady Gaga, Andrew Watt, Henry Walter, Dernst “D’Mile” Emile II and Jayda Love. Production is handled by Bruno Mars, Andrew Watt, Cirkut and D’Mile.

“Runway” also marks the first collaboration between Lady Gaga and Doechii, artists who share deep mutual respect and admiration. Last year, Doechii presented Lady Gaga with the Innovator Award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, highlighting her impact on young queer fans around the world. In a recent interview with British Vogue, Gaga praised Doechii: “It’s rare for someone to have such a strong artistic voice right from the start. For me, that’s Doechii.”

Twenty years after their iconic roles as Miranda, Andy, Emily and Nigel, Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci return to the fashion streets of New York and the offices of Runway magazine in the long-awaited sequel to “The Devil Wears Prada”, a film that defined a generation. The film is directed by David Frankel, written by Aline Brosh McKenna, produced by Wendy Finerman, with Michael Bederman, Karen Rosenfelt and Aline Brosh McKenna serving as executive producers.
