The third Eurovision episode: Konstrakta released the video for the song "Prva" and announced a possible continuation in two years

After intriguing the public with the song "Prva", Konstrakta also presented the accompanying video, officially rounding off the third episode of its Eurovision series, which began with the hits "In corpore sano" and "Novo, bolje". The visual identity of the video "Prva" is signed by Ana Đurić, Maja Nosović and Jasmin Cvišić.

Instead of returning to the PZE festival stage, this year the artist is introducing a completely new format – the KZE26 platform.

"Instead of participating in the official competition procedure, we decided on a parallel platform - KZE26 - as a space for independent positioning, without the ambition of going to the Eurovision Song Contest. This year, the Eurovision series continues as an author's project, which is a logical sequence considering the circumstances in which the Eurovision Song Contest itself operates today," said Konstrakta.

What is KZE?

Although the artist did not elaborate on the name itself, KZE is not a competition, but a parallel author's format that she calls "mass games" in her video addresses. The acronym is left to the audience to freely interpret, and the proposals are already in a row: from "Blood, sweat, aesthetics" and "How to replace elicea", through "Crisis due to Eurocream" and "Konstrakta exploits the winter house", all the way to "Comment for Eurovision" and "Konstrakta for Eurovision".

Hybrid constructs and cooperation with artificial intelligence (AI)

As part of the "review program" of the KZE platform, two compositions were published - "Blind Waters the Blind" and "Srce", signed under the name Konstrakta Hibrida. This name denotes a specific segment of her work created in collaboration with artificial intelligence (AI), whereby the artist continues to explore the relationship between technology and contemporary creativity.

Self-proclamation as a solution

Unlike the previous Eurovision episodes where the choir was placed opposite Konstrakta as an ordinary woman, the third episode brings a redistribution of roles - in the music video for the song "Prva" only Konstrakta appear, consistently following the thesis "self-proclamation is the solution".

"Self-proclamation can be a strategy of surviving the truth. It is an act in which no confirmation is sought - from above or outside, from the system, state, institutions, market, algorithm, God or any other authority. It is self-legitimization, an act without other people's confirmation, without permission, without seal and without blessing. At the same time, it is also an act of exclusion from the existing order which does not work, has no legitimacy, which serves and produces confusion, relativizes the truth and shifts or shifts responsibility", he explains Konstrakta.

And while the audience is analyzing the layers of the new platform, Konstrakta is already announcing the next episode in two years, leaving open the question of whether she will then return to the official competition framework or whether KZE will become a permanent space for her artistic freedom.
