Punk-rockers Goblini pleased their fans with a new music video for the concert version of the song "Splet okolnosti" (Circumstances).
This track is on their album "Live In KST 2", which has already been released on streaming services, and soon a double vinyl will be released by the production company Long Play. This edition features selected recordings from their two great concerts held at the Belgrade KST Club in October of last year. In this way, 30 years since the first "live" from KST were marked.
The song "Splet okolnosti" was not chosen by chance for the video.
"We decided on her for several reasons," notes the frontman of the band, Branko Golubović Golub. "One of them is to celebrate the vinyl release of the album 'Roba s greškom', on which the studio version of this song was released. The second reason is that we never managed to release a video for 'Splet okolnosti', for the studio version, even though it is a song that, I would freely say, took root among our audience in the best possible way".
There is no way, as Golub says, to play a concert without that song.
"People received it in the best possible way. When we couldn't do a video for the studio version, at least it should be done for the live version. I think it's good that people can hear how that song sounds live and how much energy it gains that only concerts can create".
Golub concluded: "Enjoy, and we will do our best to please you in the future with a few more videos related to the songs from this live album."
Goblins, let's remind you, are also preparing a big concert in the Port of Belgrade on June 13, also organized by the Long Play agency.
