In 2026, multi-platinum DJ and producer R3HAB enters his most personal musical era yet, which he opens with the single "I Had a Dream..."!.
Instead of New Year's resolutions, R3HAB turns to what really matters: the dreams, emotions and moments we want to keep forever.
The first glimpse of the new chapter brings a hypnotic combination of deep house grooves and emotional vocals, with a guest appearance by British singer Izzy Bizu.
Her gentle yet powerful interpretation of the lyrics perfectly balances danceable euphoria with dreamy introspection, as the song explores the desire to hold on to a special connection long after the night is over.
"The song was written on a beach in Thailand, in a moment of complete clarity, when I realized that I was living a dream that, as a child, I could not even imagine. It speaks of that contrast - being completely in love with the present moment and the fear that it could all disappear," R3HAB points out.
The single is the first preview of R3HAB's upcoming studio album, due out in July 2026, and features an intimate journey through personal dream worlds and the most honest musical statement of his career to date.
R3HAB, born Fadil El Ghoul, has more than 15 years of global success under his belt - from remixes for artists such as Rihanna, Drake and Taylor Swift, to his own hits 'All Around The World (La La La)', 'Rock My Body' and 'Lullaby'. To date, his songs have achieved more than 13 billion streams and over 130 gold, platinum and diamond certifications worldwide.
The year 2026 also marks the tenth anniversary of his publishing house CYB3RPVNK, as well as the release of his third studio album. The British singer Izzy Bizu, known for her fusion of soul, jazz and pop, has achieved more than 700 million streams, and has collaborated with names such as David Guetta, The Chainsmokers, Jonas Blue and ODESZA, confirming herself as one of the most recognizable vocalists of the contemporary dance scene.
With "I Had a Dream...", R3HAB and Izzy Bizu deliver an emotional and danceable story about dreams we don't want to let go of and love that feels too real to be just a dream.
